Position Summary Forma Steel is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our night shift team. This role is responsible for efficiently moving materials throughout the production facility, preparing customer orders for shipment, and supporting overall production flow. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently

Load and stage customer orders accurately for shipment

Transport steel materials and coils throughout the production floor to support manufacturing operations





Ensure materials are delivered to the correct workstations in a timely manner

Assist with receiving, organizing, and inventory control of raw materials and finished goods

Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance or safety concerns

Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards

Work collaboratively with production and shipping teams to meet daily targets

Other production duties as required (banding, wrapping, and labeling)

Qualifications

Previous forklift experience required

Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred

Ability to safely handle heavy materials and work in a physically demanding role

Robust attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a team
