Take the lead in designing UBC Sauder's Yearbook as the Vice President of Digital Design. You will create compelling visual themes that will define the year for students.
This role involves a commitment of 5-7 hours each week, rising to 7-9 hours during peak periods, from October 2026 until May 2027. You will collaborate with the Yearbook and Prospectus team to ensure all designs maintain a unified aesthetic while supporting the overall marketing goals of the publication. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva is essential for visualization and layout input.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop creative themes in collaboration with the team
• Maintain design consistency across projects
• Offer input on graphic layouts and design elements




• Attend weekly or bi-weekly meetings to monitor progress
• Communicate effectively with team members throughout the project
