In this role, you will utilize your over three years of experience as a technician to deliver factory-level services to suspension products. Your responsibilities will include evaluating product repairs, changing suspension settings, and mentoring entry-level technicians. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with the Service Writers to ensure precision in repair estimates and superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct repairs and servicing on OEM and aftermarket products
• Work with Service Writers to relay repair estimates




• Adjust suspension product settings per management recommendations
• Guide and support junior technicians on technical skills
• Address OEM specific needs as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in a relevant technician position
• Strong understanding of bicycle mechanics and product knowledge
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents
• Familiarity with technical applications and service equipment
