Green Line Hose & Fittings is looking to fill a Warehouse Manager position at our Woodstock location starting as soon as possible.

• Salary range: $28-$30/hour, based on experience.

Requirements:

• Will demonstrate an ability to thrive in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.


• Must show a willingness to learn and take initiative.






• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality management systems.


• Experience and knowledge of the industrial and hydraulic hose and fittings industry is an asset.

• Proficiency in computer systems, including solid accuracy in Excel.


• Equipment training and experience, basic knowledge of servicing equipment and machinery.


• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and mentor employees.


• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.


• Leadership capability to direct teams and manage performance, including progressive discipline


• when required.


• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Reporting Relationship:

• This position reports directly to Josiah Mashoko, Branch Manager.
