Miller Group is looking for dedicated Snow Plow Operators to handle essential winter maintenance tasks. Your role will involve operating a combo plow unit, conducting equipment checks, and maintaining accurate documentation. You must be adaptable regarding shift hours, including nights and weekends, especially during severe winter weather events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain combo plow units effectively
• Conduct routine equipment checks and minor repairs
• Keep accurate records of fuel, safety, and hours
• Understand sand/salt application and road routes
• Respond promptly to call-ins during winter storms
Requirements:
• DZ or AZ license with a clean driving record
• Willingness to work under extreme weather conditions
• Experience in winter maintenance is preferred
• Ability to drive a manual transmission is an asset
• Mechanical maintenance knowledge is advantageous
