Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver IT support via phone, email, and in-person
• Maintain accurate records of support tickets and activities
• Troubleshoot issues for faculty using the Collaborative Network




• Research and manage computer supply inventory
• Assist with hardware installations and maintenance in labs
Requirements:
• Educational background in Information Technology or similar field
• Customer service experience preferred
• Comfort with digital systems and virtual environments
• Solid organisational and problem-solving skills
• Possession of a valid driver’s license
