Location: Sutton West, ON, L0E 1R0 (In office in employer’s home)

Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Hours: 30.00 hours / week

Salary: $21.00 / hour

Start Date: As soon as possible

Work Environment: Non-smoking, private residence

Key Responsibilities

- Provide daily bedside and personal care (grooming, bathing, hygiene, and mobility assistance).
- Administer prescribed medications as directed in the care plan.
- Assist the client with regular exercise routines, including accompanied daily walks.
- Offer patient and engaging companionship to maintain social and emotional well-being.

Nutrition & Daily Living

- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals tailored to therapeutic diets and dietary restrictions.
- Assist with meal setup and feeding as required.

Household Maintenance

- Perform light housekeeping, cleaning, and sanitizing of care areas.
- Launder, mend, and organize clothing and household linens.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience:



1 month to less than 7 months of direct home care or personal support experience.

Certifications

- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Valid CPR Certificate
- Safety Clearance: Satisfactory Criminal Record Check.
- Language: Fluent in spoken and written English.

Physical Capabilities & Work Conditions

- Ability to perform a continuous combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Comfortable performing repetitive daily tasks with consistent quality and care.
