30 years of recruitment and human resources expertise across CanadaOur client, a company operating in the mining sector, is looking for an experienced, organized and collaborative professional to join its team as a Senior Human Resources Advisor at the Kiena Mine.TasksTake ownership of recruitment activities, from job posting through to the first day of employment for new hires; Manage the full recruitment cycle from A to Z; Develop recruitment strategies and continuously improve recruitment processes; Optimize existing recruitment procedures and workflows; Attract top talentfor all hiring needs across the mine and its various departments; Implement an exceptionalcandidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process; Analyze hiring needs by identifying vacancies and defining candidate profiles in collaboration with Human Resources and hiring managers; Assess candidates by reviewing resumes and identifying high‑potential talent and future employees; Conduct interviewsin partnership with hiring managers; Source candidates using our ATS (ADP), databases, job boards, social media platforms, and direct outreach methods for hard‑to‑fill positions; Participate in theimplementation of initiatives aimed at attracting, onboarding,
