Reporting to the Front of House Coordinator, the Usher is responsible for various duties including ticket management, program distribution, and emergency assistance. Your ability to provide accurate venue information will enhance the patron experience. Robust interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Attend and participate in pre-event briefings
• Manage program materials and assist patrons effectively
• Monitor safety and cleanliness throughout the venue




• Help patrons to their seats and check tickets
• Retrieve lost items and assist in emergencies
Requirements:
• Certification in CPR and First Aid preferred
• Familiarity with event-related emergency procedures
• Capacity to stand for long periods and navigate stairs
• Strong verbal communication skills and good judgment
• Completion of a Police Vulnerable Sector Check
