In this role, you will focus on keeping the lodge surroundings immaculate throughout the year, performing essential tasks like snow removal and waste management. Key Responsibilities:
• Remove snow and ice from sidewalks and structural areas
• Assist in snow removal using appropriate equipment
• Maintain environmental cleanliness and waste management




• Efficiently handle wood supplies, including stacking
• Conduct daily equipment checks for readiness
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a transparent record
• At least 6 months of grounds maintenance experience
• Physical fitness for shoveling and climbing ladders
• Residential maintenance experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work varied shifts in extreme conditions
