Pay Rate : $ 18.32 per hour

Shifts

: Monday and Tuesday = 00:00 - 06:30, Friday = 06:30 - 16:30, and Saturday is 20:00 - 08:00

Overview Allied Universal is currently hiring Security Professionals in

Windsor, ON

to provide professional, front-line security services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and willing to work with a dynamic team.

Requirement

Familiarity with access control systems and alarm .

Experience with report writing and note-taking.

Knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems.

Valid

Ontario security guard license

Drivers License is considered an an asset.

Must be eligible to work in Canada

for 40 hours per week.

First Aid and CPR

Must be at least 18 years old.

High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience

Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions





Provide access control for the facility and designated areas.

Maintain a polished, professional, and customer-friendly image at all times.

Manage conflicts and incidents effectively and de-escalate situations when necessary.

Conduct patrols and follow site protocols as outlined in the post orders, including indoor and outdoor patrols and managing the movement of guests throughout the property.

Ensure that the facility's safety and emergency procedures are followed in response to fire alarms and other site emergencies.

Complete all site-specific training and follow the direction and guidance of the Site Supervisor or Manager.

Demonstrate sound judgment, common sense, and decision-making abilities, particularly when required to take charge and direct others during emergencies or incidents.

Maintain meticulous records and reports, utilizing strong observation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.

Operate and monitor security room equipment and complete all required site training.
