Qualifications

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Social Services, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant leadership experience. A Master’s degree is considered an asset.

Minimum of 3 years of senior leadership experience working with Boards of Directors, senior leadership teams, and government stakeholders.

Experience building collaborative partnerships with government, healthcare organizations, community agencies, and external stakeholders.

Knowledge of labour relations, human resources, policy development, and legislative requirements within the health or social services sector.

Compensation

The position offers a competitive annual salary of $110,000 – $125,000, along with a matching RRSP and full perks plan.
