About the Role: Courier Driver

Each day as a UPS Courier Driver is centred around delivering packages safely and on time across your assigned route. From the pre-trip inspection at the start of your shift to your final pick-up of the day, attention to detail and a customer-first mindset keep operations running smoothly.

- Conduct pre-trip inspections of your assigned vehicle to confirm it's safe and roadworthy before heading out
- Deliver packages to residential and business customers throughout the Kamloops area on a daily basis
- Lift, sort, and move parcels weighing between 10 and 70 lbs throughout your shift
- Load and unload packages from the vehicle during drop-offs and pick-ups
- Operate a DIAD system to navigate addresses and postal codes accurately and efficiently
- Maintain professionalism in all customer-facing interactions in a variety of environments and weather conditions

Requirements / Skills

The ideal candidate for this Courier Driver role is reliable, physically capable, and comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather. - Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence is mandatory — no exceptions
- Clean driving record required for all applicants

- Excellent verbal communication skills for professional customer interactions
- Customer service and/or driving experience is considered an asset
