This role includes establishing and monitoring financial, occupancy, service, and care quality performance targets; recommending courses ofaction to address operational issues beyond the authority of Residence Directors; and directly managing and supporting Residence Directors.Your Day To DayOverseeing the overall operations of multiple senior living residences under Prima LivingParticipating in the development, implementation,



and monitoring of corporate and regional initiatives to achieve financial, occupancy, care, and service objectivesManaging Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring action plans align with Prima Living's Mission, Vision, and ValuesProviding leadership and support to sales and marketing teams to achieve occupancy targetsReviewing and acting on budget and variance reports to ensure financial performance targets are metEnsuring resident satisfaction, safety, care quality, and compliance standards are consistently met or exceededRegularly facilitating meetings and communicating with Residence Directors and staff across communitiesEnsuring internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and safety/compliance standards in senior care are implemented and adhered to; taking correctiveaction where requiredProviding coaching, guidance, and direction to Residence Directors, including oversight of staffing decisions such as hiring, performance management, discipline, and terminationsAnalyzing operational challenges and recommending effective solutions to improve performanceWorking with the Director of Strategy and Business Development on new residence openings and operational readinessProviding financial oversight to ensure residences operate within budget and meet fiscal targetsReporting on operational performance, risks,
