Northern Health is seeking an LPN to provide nursing care under supervision and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a facilities setting. The role focuses on assessments, care planning, and executing nursing duties to support elderly clients. The LPN will work within the Nursing Process framework, operate in line with competency standards, and may guide other staff. Shift rotations include days and nights, with a 16-week rotation and weekends off.
