The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of accounting experience, specifically in construction or development sectors. You will assist in budgets, job costing, and financial report preparation while ensuring compliance and accuracy within all financial aspects of our undertaking.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain and monitor project budgets and cost codes • Prepare monthly reconciliations and assist with year-end closing • Review and process invoices from general contractors • Prepare HST returns and conduct audit support • Collaborate with internal teams on financial tracking

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance • 2-5 years of relevant accounting experience • Familiarity with Yardi, Procore, and Microsoft Excel • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
