Provides specialist direction and oversight to business/groups on the identification and management of fraud risks, mitigation strategies and compliance with operational risk policies. Develops and delivers fraud training and education programs to internal/external stakeholders. Develops strategies, management reports and communications for business/groups. Maintains, applies and oversees the compliance and governance of policies and procedures. Provides strategic input into business decisions as a trusted advisor. Acts as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and policies. May consult to or serve on various committees and task forces. Leads execution of operational programs; assesses and adapts as needed to ensure quality of execution. Manages and refines risk approaches within functions/processes by ensuring required policies, processes and controls are in place. Ensures fraud issues, risks and opportunities are identified for consideration in policies, standards and strategies. Develops and implements an enterprise fraud management and governance methodology. Identifies emerging issues and tends to inform decision-making.
