This position is located at our sales and service dealership in Langley, BC.

THE OPPORTUNITY

The Warranty Admin Assistant will provide support to the Corporate Warranty Manager and the Centralized Warranty Team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing engine credits, preparing journal entries, creating RO’s for Policy credits.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Processes warranty registrations for truck and equipment
• Codes warranty credits
• Processes PDI claims
• Processes service letters,
  
  
  
  basic chassis and engine claims
• Becomes familiar with and complies with the company’s Health & Safety Manual.
• Other duties may be assigned

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
• Post-secondary diploma or trade certification preferred
• 2+years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
• Basic ability to understand the mechanics of equipment, trucks or engines
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, team player
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
• Strong attention to detail
• Accountability and dependability

PAY RANGE

The salary range for this role is $45,000 - $52,000, based on experience.
