As a key member of our team, the Benefits & Pension Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end employee benefits and retirement savings programs. This role suits motivated professionals with a knack for communication, organization, and analytical problem-solving. You'll liaise with employees and vendors while contributing to ongoing program improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the administration of benefit and retirement programs • Interpret and communicate benefit requests and regulations • Manage employee enrollment processes efficiently • Handle vendor interactions and improve member experiences • Compile and analyze reporting data
Requirements: • Minimum 3 years in benefits administration • Experience with defined benefit pension plans • Proficiency in HR administrative functions and data entry • Robust Microsoft Excel skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
