Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Operations, People and Culture, the EHS Coordinator will primarily be responsible for maintaining and improving our Health and Safety program for all of our facilities. The successful candidate must be willing to travel to all of our locations on anas needed basis. This position is hands-on and does not have any direct reports.

Is this job for you ?

- Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or Diploma.
- A CRST or CRSP designation is preferred for this position.
- Experience in a similar EHS role.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead training sessions and group presentations.
- Ability to develop/write health and safety programs and procedures.
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to conduct thorough incident investigations.
- Ability to work with and maintain confidentiality and sensitive information.
- Fluent in English (speaking and writting).
- Ability to speak French as an asset.

Work Conditions

- Operation of desktop computer and peripherals.
- Working in both the plant and office environment.
- Travel to the other sites will be required.
- Interaction with employees, management, and contractors.
