Manufacturing Engineer – Fuel Injector Assembly & Test

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) is seeking a full-time Manufacturing Engineer – Fuel Injector Assembly & Test to join our

2nd shift

Position Overview This role provides technical expertise across production, cost, quality, and safety compliance for the assembly of fuel injectors.

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday – Friday

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot assembly equipment as needed

Assist in process improvements for the current assembly process

Investigate and resolve issues resulting from first test pass failures

Create and update all APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)

Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, manufacturing engineering, and operations teams

Team Structure & Work Workplace

Works alongside 13 other manufacturing and test engineers,



reporting to the Technical Service Manager

Office located within a factory work setting

Candidate Requirements Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Comparable prior titles: Manufacturing Engineer, Assembly Engineer

Technical Skills (Required):

Ability to facilitate and create APQP elements, including Process Flow, Control Plan, and PFMEA

Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams

Assembly and test experience is desired

Soft Skills (Required):

Ability to facilitate and host cross-functional meetings, both in person and virtually

Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects
