Key Responsibilities:
• Respond quickly to Handyperson requests and emergencies
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on facilities
• Maintain a clean environment for residents' comfort




• Collaborate with staff and support resident activities
• Uphold safety standards according to regulations
Requirements:
• Legally qualified to work in Canada
• 1-3 years of building operations experience required
• Capable of lifting heavy loads and operating machinery
• Basic English skills for effective communication
• Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety Act
