You’ll be part of a collaborative management team, working together to ensure every resident’s wellness journey is dignified, engaging, and meaningful.What You’ll DoEnsure residents receive the right level of care based on individual needsUse the full nursing process (assess, plan, implement, evaluate) to guide care delivery and wellness plansComplete required clinical documentation, including resident admissions, assessments, discharges, and progress notesPartner with residents and families in making informed care decisionsLead, support, and supervise Nurses and other wellness team membersRespond promptly and professionally to residents and family concernsCollaborate across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and step into the Manager on Duty roleParticipate in our Joint Occupational Health & Safety Committee and champion safe work practicesWhat You’ll BringMinimum 2 years clinical experienceExperience in a leadership or supervisory role in healthcare or retirement settings is an assetRegistered Practical Nurse (RPN/LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the provincial College of NursesProficiency in clinical documentation and understanding of resident care plansComputer literate, including Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skillsA collaborative and empathetic leadership styleValid Driver’s License, or reliable means of transportationWhat We OfferA safe,
