As an Outdoor Lift Operator, you will work under the guidance of the Lift Supervisor or Manager and engage directly with our guests. This role requires you to remain vigilant and attentive while providing friendly service, ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and safe. Your strong physical stamina and outdoor enthusiasm will be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service by operating chairlifts carefully
• Conduct safety checks and maintain proper logs
• Guide loading and unloading of passengers effectively




• Assist with crowd management during busy periods
• Comply with uniform and safety standards
Requirements:
• Solid interpersonal skills for effective communication
• Able to work outside in different weather conditions
• Physically fit; capable of safely lifting 50 lbs
• Knowledge of lift operations and safety protocols
• Reliability and punctuality throughout the job duration
