Play a critical role in the Men’s Recovery Program as Addiction Services Support Staff at Adult & Teen Challenge in Thunder Bay, Canada. This full-time position focuses on providing direct supervision and structure to clients in recovery.

As part of our faith-driven team, you will help create a supportive environment for individuals overcoming addiction. Your role will include daily interactions aimed at encouraging clients’ participation in recovery activities, while also ensuring a safe and respectful residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide supervision and support to clients daily
• Foster accountability and participation in recovery routines
• Observe clients for any safety or emotional issues




• Facilitate activities and assist with transportation needs
• Maintain overall cleanliness and safety on campus

Requirements:
• Education in relevant fields such as social work or ministry
• Experience in addiction recovery or residential support
• Excellent relational and operational skills
• Valid driver’s license may be required
• Ability to engage with clients compassionately and respectfully
