Our work includes foundations, structural walls, slabs, tilt-up panels, and multi-level parkades. We are looking for someone who does not simply need a temporary job, but genuinely wants to enter the construction industry and grow into a skilled Carpenter.The Construction Labourer supports the field team with concrete forming, material handling, site preparation, cleanup, and general construction activities. You will work under the direction of Foremen, Site Supervisors, and experienced Carpenters while learning practical jobsite skills.Previous construction experience is not required. What matters most is that you are dependable, physically capable, and eager to learn. High-performing employees may be considered for progression into a carpentry apprenticeship, based on demonstrated skills, performance, business needs, and applicable apprenticeship requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist Carpenters with building, installing, bracing, and stripping formworkLoad, unload, move, organize, and stage construction materialsAssist with measuring, marking, cutting, drilling, fastening, and assembly once trainedPrepare work areas before production beginsKeep work areas, material-storage areas, and the general jobsite cleanRemove nails, fasteners, concrete buildup, and debris from used formworkClean and organize lumber and forming components for reuseRetrieve and return tools promptly to keep the crew productiveInspect cords, hoses, ladders, tools, and equipment before useReport damaged equipment, missing materials,
