Responsibilities (English)

- Demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with Dyson’s culture
- Utilize the Dyson-developed sales model to engage and excite shoppers while achieving key success factors
- Provide the ultimate shopper experience in an engaging and well‑informed professional fashion
- Understand the shopper’s needs through discovery and consultation to identify the appropriate products to address their needs and desires
- Act as the in‑store representative for all Dyson products while present in the store
- Adhering to in‑store demonstration and health & safety standards
- Educate Retail Sales Associate partners and shoppers on specific product features and benefits on various technology
- Perform operational duties such as visual merchandising, maintaining display cleanliness, replenishing stock, and other related activities
- Successfully utilize CRM and HRIS systems to complete reporting in an accurate and timely manner
- Perform other duties, as assigned

- Offrir l’expérience d’achat ultime d’une manière professionnelle engageante et bien informée
- Comprendre les besoins de l’acheteur grâce à la découverte et à la consultation pour identifier les produits appropriés pour répondre à ses besoins et à ses désirs
- Agir en tant que représentant en magasin pour tous les produits Dyson lorsqu’ils sont présents dans le magasin
- Respecter les démonstrations en magasin et les normes de santé et de sécurité
- Éduquer les partenaires commerciaux et les acheteurs sur les caractéristiques et les avantages spécifiques des produits sur diverses technologies




- Effectuer des tâches opérationnelles telles que le marchandisage visuel, le maintien de la propreté des présentoirs, le réapprovisionnement des stocks et d’autres activités connexes
- Utiliser avec succès les systèmes CRM et HRIS pour effectuer des rapports de manière précise et opportune
- Effectuer d’autres tâches, telles qu’assignées

About You (English)

- Minimum of 2 years of in‑person retail selling experience
- Experience working with technology and prestige luxury brands an asset
- Ambitious and self‑motivated sales individual who exudes charisma and confidence
- Proven track record of successful sales experience, exceeding quotas
- Ability to stand for long periods of time, up to 8 hours
- Ability to work retail hours (standard, peak, holiday) including a minimum of three (3) days/week including every Saturday/Sunday
- Ability to transport demonstration equipment/supplies to and from assigned location(s) and the ability to travel within a defined territory
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work well with others and establish strong relationships within Dyson Canada Ltd as well as with our third‑party retail partners
- Strong negotiation skills combined with adaptable approach to selling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently and understands when to seek guidance
- Comfortable with computer skills in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook as well as the ability to use an iPad and corresponding applications
- Ability to lift, push and pull up to 30lbs
- Must be fluent in french and english

About You (French)

- Minimum de 2 ans d’expérience dans la vente au détail en personne
- Expérience de travail avec la technologie et les marques de luxe de prestige, un atout
- Vendeuse ambitieuse et motivée qui dégage du charisme et de la confiance
- Expérience avérée de vente réussie, dépassant les quotas
- Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes, jusqu’à 8 heures
- Capacité à travailler des heures de vente au détail (standard, de pointe, jours fériés), y compris un minimum de trois (3) jours/semaine, y compris tous les samedis/dimanches
- Capacité à transporter du matériel/des fournitures de démonstration vers et depuis le(s) lieu(x) assigné(s) et la capacité de voyager dans un territoire défini
- Capacité de soulever, pousser et tirer jusqu’à 50 lb
- Capacité à bien travailler avec les autres et à établir de solides relations au sein de Dyson Canada Ltd ainsi qu’avec nos partenaires de vente au détail tiers
- Solides compétences en négociation combinées à une approche adaptable de la vente
- Excellente compétences en communication et relation interpersonnelles
- Motivé, capable de travailler de manière autonome et sait quand demander conseil
