About the Role The company is looking for an action-oriented CEO with a solid operational or commercial background rather than a traditional compliance-only profile. You will own the Lithuanian regulated entity’s P&L, execution, team, product direction, partnerships, and growth .



This is a hands-on mandate for someone who has already helped build a FinTech, payments, or crypto business from zero to one.
