and contribute to a production environment focused on continuous improvement, safety, and doing the job right.Position DescriptionThe Welder will perform fitting, welding, and fabrication work in support of production requirements within a multi‑shift manufacturing operation.You will review assigned daily work schedules, organize welding orders for your shift, and complete welding tasks using MIG, TIG, and other applicable welding techniques. Much of the work involves mild steel, with additional exposure to other metals depending on production needs.The role requires the ability to interpret technical drawings, weld symbols, measurements, procedures, and work orders. You will set up and lay out work using fixtures, jigs, and guides, then fit and fabricate parts and assemblies according to specification.Quality is a key part of the position. You will monitor each stage of the welding process, assess weld quality, identify potential flaws or production issues, and support First Article Inspection requirements. You will also work with production leadership and quality personnel to help resolve non‑conformance issues related to part damage, shortages, tolerances, or other production concerns.At the end of each shift, you will review ERP work‑hour entries by work order for accuracy and completeness, addressing any errors on a daily basis.You will also be expected to maintain welding equipment and work areas according to company standards and preventative maintenance requirements, follow health and safety practices, participate in required certification training,
