Reporting to Tangerine’s Chief People Officer, the incumbent is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience through data-driven insights, cutting-edge programs, and enterprise-wide projects that support business strategy and organizational priorities. The role partners closely with leaders, Scotiabank’s HR teams,



Tangerine’s Organizational Change Management team and cross-functional stakeholders to design, implement, and evaluate initiatives that improve engagement, belonging, leadership effectiveness, and overall organizational health. The Manager, Employee Initiatives serves as a strategic advisor and project lead on key People & Culture priorities, driving meaningful employee outcomes while ensuring alignment with Tangerine's business objectives and culture aspirations.Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:Championing a client- obsessed cultureLeveraging a growth mindset, embracing learning and continuous improvementContributing to a dynamic workplace fostering trust, integrity and inclusionRemoving obstacles to drive momentum across teamsLead Strategic People InitiativesLead the planning, execution, and implementation of People & Culture initiatives and special projects, such as Tangerine’s onboarding and orientationDevelop project plans, stakeholder engagement strategies, governance structures, and success measuresManage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously while ensuring delivery against objectives and timelinesLead Employee Experience & Engagement InitiativesDesign, implement, and continuously improve employee experience and engagement programs that support Tangerine's culture and business strategyAnalyze employee feedback and workforce data to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities and develop targeted action plansPartner with leaders and OCM to enhance team effectiveness, employee engagement, inclusion, belonging, and overall employee experienceMeasure and report on the impact and effectiveness of employee experience initiativesProvide Strategic Workforce InsightsUtilize employee engagement, talent, workforce, and organizational data to develop actionable recommendationsPrepare executive-level presentations, reports,



and insights for senior leadershipMonitor key people metrics and recommend interventions to address risks and capitalize on opportunitiesLeverage internal and external best practices to continuously evolve Tangerine's employee experience strategyContribute to the Broader People & Culture StrategySupport the development and execution of Tangerine's People Strategy.Lead or participate in cross-functional working groups and enterprise projects.Champion innovation and continuous improvement in employee experience practices.Contribute to building a high-performing, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture.SkillsDo you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?
