As the Senior Accounting Manager, you are responsible for the core accounting functions including payroll, financial reporting, and managing a skilled team of Junior Accountants. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting and ensure record accuracy
• Prepare and manage monthly and year-end financial reports
• Supervise accounts payable, receivable, and billing




• Manage semi-monthly payroll processes for the staff
• Lead, coach, and develop accounting team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA designation preferred or in progress
• At least 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience supervising accounting staff is preferred
• Solid understanding of compliance requirements
