Take charge of fulfillment operations as a Senior Fulfillment Associate at Spirit of Math. Focus on order coordination, vendor communication, and maintaining inventory accuracy from our headquarters location.
We are looking for someone with over 3 years of experience in logistics and fulfillment to help ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to our campuses. This position balances key responsibilities with hands-on tasks during peak times, creating a energetic workflow. You’ll lead efforts in quality control and process improvement while collaborating with multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee departmental orders from initiation to fulfillment
• Keep teams informed on orders and inventory status
• Execute purchase orders and vendor follow-ups




• Conduct inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with fulfillment standards during shipments
Requirements:
• 3+ years in fulfillment or distribution roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP
• Capable of managing multiple tasks under deadlines
• Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lb.
