About the Role You'll sit at the center of how the company tracks and manages its money: what they're spending, what they're earning, and what they're owed. This is a hands-on role: you'll build the reporting that shows where the business stands, own day-to-day collections and spend management, and support quarterly close. You'll be a one-person finance team reporting directly to leadership, bringing ideas to the table and following through on them without needing to be chased.

What You'll Do

Run monthly/quarterly expense analysis, where they're spending, and why

Build and maintain ARR reporting and dashboards

Own invoicing and collections (AR & AP)

Manage spend end-to-end through the spend management platform Design and optimize company-wide spend policy





Track churn and identify trends

Support quarterly book close with the external accountant

1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A;

Strong

Excel/Google Sheets skills : financial modeling, complex formulas

Hands-on experience with

QuickBooks

A track record of both designing a process and running it

A strong sense of ownership: when you commit to something, it gets done, without follow-up needed

Proactive, responsive communicator: you keep people in the loop without being asked

Sharp attention to detail; you catch issues before they become problems

Startup experience

Experience with Ramp or similar spend management software

Experience with CPQ software
