We are looking for our next Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at our Whistler Flagship Store. You will provide outstanding customer service, advice and insights on the Mons Royale brand and products. Assist the manager to lead the team, take part ownership of the store and its success

The successful applicant will lead a passionate outdoor lifestyle, who loves to engage with people from all walks of life. Customer service driven that is a natural communicator.

What youll be doing:

• Support the Store Manager in coaching and developing the team to deliver strong sales results and exceptional customer service


• Lead by example on the sales floor, providing guidance, feedback, and day-to-day support to team members


• Support daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandising, inventory, and maintaining store standards

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Previous retail or leadership experience is an asset. Were happy to train the right person!


• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and a quick learner with a proactive approach to customer service and sales


• Ability to support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and team performance


• Knowledge of,
  
  
  
  or experience with, Merino wool and/or Mons products is an asset


• Availability to work weekends and holidays
