Production Worker – Manufacturing | Day Shift Location: Woodbridge, ON Job Type: Full time, Permanent Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour Shift: Straight Days, Monday–Friday We are currently hiring a Production Worker for a clean, modern precision manufacturing facility in Woodbridge. This is a hands-on manufacturing position working with machined metal components. You will support production with deburring, part finishing and cleaning, basic assembly, packaging, material handling, and general shop support. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing, assembly, metal fabrication, machine shop, or production experience who enjoys hands‑on work and wants the opportunity to learn and grow. What You'll Be Doing

Deburr machined metal components and remove sharp edges or excess material Clean and prepare finished parts Perform basic mechanical assembly Use hand and power tools to complete production tasks Inspect parts for quality and workmanship Perform part marking and basic finishing work Pack completed parts for shipment Move and organize materials throughout the production area Assist with inventory counts and production supplies Support shipping and receiving when required Assist different production departments based on daily requirements Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area What We're Looking For





Previous hands‑on experience in a manufacturing, production, assembly, machine shop, metal fabrication, or similar industrial environment Comfortable using hand and power tools Experience with deburring, grinding, polishing, finishing, or metal components is a strong asset Mechanical assembly experience is an asset Experience using calipers, micrometers, gauges, or other measuring tools is an asset Comfortable performing repetitive, hands‑on work Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Strong attention to detail and quality Reliable and willing to assist wherever needed within production Forklift experience is an asset Schedule

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM What's Offered
