Lead Daily Production

? Prepare and oversee menu items with precision, ensuring recipes are followed and quality stays consistently high. Support Your Team

? Guide cooks during service, offer training, and help create a positive, professional kitchen workplace. Engage With Guests

? Answer questions about ingredients, dietary needs, and preparation methods with confidence and care. Maintain a High Standard

? Uphold food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety practices at all times. Keep the Kitchen Running Smoothly

? Assist with shift coordination, break schedules, and workflow during busy periods. Manage Inventory

? Help maintain organized storage areas, monitor par levels, and participate in inventory tasks. Support Menu Execution

? Contribute to menu planning and bring forward ideas based on guest feedback and team strengths. What You Bring

Professional cooking experience

in a high volume or corporate dining environment Culinary training

from an accredited institution Leadership ability

? experience guiding or mentoring kitchen staff A positive, team focused attitude and pride in delivering great food Strong understanding of

food safety

This position is located within a high security corporate facility. To meet mandatory federal background verification standards, candidates must have: Lived in Canada continuously for the past

ten (10) years The ability to complete and pass a federal security clearance (typically 3?6 months) A

bonus is awarded
