As a Package Handler, your primary responsibilities will include unloading trailers, sorting parcels, and ensuring efficient operations. You will utilize handheld devices to manage freight and play a crucial role in maintaining productivity and safety standards within the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
• Unload and verify freight upon arrival
• Inspect and handle parcels per sort plan
• Operate conveyance equipment safely and responsibly
• Stage sorted packages for the delivery team
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area
Requirements:
• Must lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg)
• Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts weekly
• Willingness to undergo training for operational tasks
• Detail-oriented to minimize errors in sorting
• Experience in rapid-paced environments favored
