As an Outreach Worker, you'll lead the Girls Outreach & Discipleship Group while working closely with the Haliburton Community Director. You'll craft engaging programming aimed at improving the well-being of youth girls and their caregivers. This position includes lesson preparation, volunteer support, and attending regular team meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the new Girls Outreach & Discipleship Group
• Collaborate with community volunteers for effective programming
• Develop lesson plans and activities for youth engagement




• Ensure adherence to safety and risk management policies
• Conduct biweekly progress meetings with the community director
Requirements:
