From resolving product related issues and addressing design challenges to troubleshooting technical problems, there's nothing you can't solve. Beyond problem-solving, you'll be collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure our products continue to deliver exception quality and value.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Provide top-tier engineering support to customers through troubleshooting, or addressing design challengesLead the design and implementation of product life cycle & roadmap activitiesSelect and validate suitable sensors, actuators and electronic components for system integration.Identifying and driving product improvements initiatives including developing new algorithms, identifying system or part obsolescence, and cost reductionDevelop, maintain, and optimize technical and project processes using JIRA, Confluence, Word, etc.Support on-site control system and locomotive commissioning at globally located rail yardsWho are you?5+ years of experience supporting products as an Electrical Engineer2+ years of field service experienceA related degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Control or ElectronicProficient in PLCs (Siemens, Rockwell,
