This role ensures efficiency, consistency, and adherence to company SOPs across all detailing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDetailing ExecutionPerform advanced interior and exterior detailing services to company standardsHandle premium services and complex detailing requirements (sap removal, concrete removal, scratch removal, paint correction, and ceramic coating services)Ensure all work meets quality benchmarks before vehicle deliveryQuality ControlConduct final inspections on completed vehiclesEnsure adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and service checklistsAddress rework promptly and maintain consistency across jobsTeam Support & LeadershipGuide and support junior detailers on siteAssist in training new hires and reinforcing best practicesAct as a point of contact in the absence of a Team Lead/Operations ManagerAssist with location opening and closing tasks, admin work – preparing daily report, tracking inventory,
