Westman Drama Ministries in Brandon, MB is on the hunt for a Creative Drama Assistant and Production Coordinator. This part time position focuses on nurturing young talent through inventive theatre productions!
We'll need a creative individual to assist our Drama Director with 69 kids participating in Seussical Jr. You’ll help lead rehearsals, manage backstage activities, and contribute to set designs and promotions. Your initiative will ensure every aspect runs smoothly, allowing the director to focus on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate on rehearsal management and student engagement
• Assist with promotional tasks and community outreach
• Organize prop preparation and production materials
• Lead backstage crews during show week
• Communicate effectively across all production levels
Requirements:
• Christian commitment aligned with our program values
• Dependable, confident, and mature
• Organized with problem-solving skills
• Strong communicator with children and adults
• Theatre experience preferred but not mandatory
