Responsibilities & Qualifications
Duties & Responsibilities
- – Provides courteous and qualified guest services
- – Utilizes instinctive upselling techniques and negotiate rates to maximize revenue and occupancy levels
- – Maintains order and cleanliness at the front desk
- – Handles guest accounts
- – Assists guests on arrival, departure and during their stay
- – Operates the telephone console
- – Processes reservation and cancellation requests
- – Performs other duties as directed by the General Manager
What does an ideal candidate look like?
- – Excellent communication and customer service skills
- – Front desk experience is an asset but NOT required
- – Must be willing to get Basic First Aid
- – Available to work evenings and weekends
- – Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
