In this full-time role, you will be part of the Adult Services Kempsell program. As an Intensive Therapist, your expertise will help create tailored supports for individuals with complex needs. You will collaborate with a skilled team to foster a healthy, structured environment conducive to personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a protected and routine-driven experience for clients
• Support emotional and life skills development
• Design and apply clinical treatment strategies
• Ensure effective teamwork and communication
• Maintain service user records and logs
Requirements:
• Diploma in Child and Youth Work or equivalent
• Experience working with adults facing dual diagnosis
• Proficient assessment and planning capabilities
• Ability to engage through an anti-oppressive lens
• Willingness to work wide-ranging schedules, including evenings
