Lane Partners is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting the successful planning and delivery of mid-scale construction projects. This is an excellent chance for an early-career construction qualified looking to grow their skills within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Education and Qualifications

- Engineering / Engineering Technologist / Construction Technology Diploma, Degree, or Post-grad Certificate required.
- 1-2 years of construction experience; exposure to multi-disciplinary, mid-scale projects would be an asset.

Job Requirements

- Capable of reading and understanding construction drawings and documents.
- Sound computer skills – MS Excel, MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD.
- Strong communication skills – oral and written.
- Self-motivated with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Adaptable to flexible work schedule when required to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work with others as a team.

Key Responsibilities





- Assist project managers and site teams with day-to-day coordination of mid-scale construction projects.
- Track project schedules and documentation to support on-time delivery.
- Help prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely communication and information flow.
- Support the review and organization of construction drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
- Assist with procurement tracking and material/equipment scheduling.
- Participate in site visits and progress meetings as needed.
- Maintain organized project files and documentation systems.
