Internship Overview As Operations Intern, you will gain meaningful, hands‑on experience in Canada’s agriculture and food industry. Students will build practical skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to real projects that support our business, customers, and communities.

Handling and delivering crop input products

Field and crop scouting duties as required

Regular facility maintenance and housekeeping





Maintaining a safe and compliant working environment

What We're Looking For

Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Agriculture, Food Science, Environmental Science, Mechanical Techniques, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

Strong interest in agriculture industry and practices

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills

Effective communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Full‑time availability for a 4‑month term, May – Aug.
