As a Host at Fit4Less, you will uphold cleanliness standards while fostering a welcoming atmosphere for members and guests. This role involves assisting with memberships and promoting club features, ensuring that every member feels valued and supported during their visits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily cleanliness tasks to club standards
• Foster positive interactions with members on the floor
• Assist with education regarding membership options
• Complete and follow training schedule effectively
• Communicate and report any concerns to management
Requirements:
• High School diploma preferred or in progress
• 1 year experience in teamwork or service roles
• Solid verbal and written communicator
• Certification in First Aid and CPR-A & AED
• Ability to manage stress and time effectively
