Agilus by Synergie is recruiting for a Complex Repair Operator in the electro-mechanical assembly industry in Ottawa, Ontario. Our client is seeking someone with an eye for detail to join their manufacturing team as a Complex Repair Operator. The ideal candidate brings with them previous experience in a manufacturing environment as well as experience troubleshooting and performing board repair.

Responsibilities

- The ability/skill to troubleshoot PCB’s to component level using various test equipment
- Read, follow and execute PCB test procedures
- Support Production, Repair and Engineering
- Calibration of electronics testing standards
- Perform incoming inspection and testing and repair of circuit boards received or assembled by outside suppliers,



using approved testing procedures and schematics
- Repairs populated circuit boards that fail inspecting and testing as needed

Requirements

- Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred

Education

- Education in a 2-year-related diploma or certificate course is ideal
