SWRAC in Dorchester is seeking a Job Coach to support learners on pre-placement planning and during their placements. The role is in-person at the Dorchester Centre with a zero-hours, part time contract. You will work closely with learners, staff and local employers to enable successful placements. Applicants should have experience with SEND and be able to travel to placements; driving licence is required. The post includes safeguarding responsibilities and DBS checks in line with policy.
