In this role at Fit4Less, you will significantly impact the overall member experience through your friendly service and attention to cleanliness. As a Host, you will execute daily maintenance tasks while promoting a culture of respect and engagement among members. Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure cleanliness standards in all gym areas
• Greet members warmly and assist them
• Promote and educate on black card memberships
• Support management with service feedback
• Handle incidents and service queries promptly
Requirements:
• High School diploma or in progress
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Current First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Able to manage stress effectively
