Our client, a leading development organization with operations in Kimberley , is seeking a skilled Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Specialist . This role is critical for assessing the impact and effectiveness of our clients programs and projects across the Northern Cape . You will be responsible for designing M&E frameworks, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights to improve program design and outcomes. This is an excellent prospect for an analytical professional to play a vital part in ensuring accountability and driving evidence-based decision-making within a respected non-profit entity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust M&E frameworks, tools, and methodologies for various projects.
• Design data collection plans and oversee the implementation of surveys, interviews, and assessments.
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, impacts, and areas for improvement.
• Prepare comprehensive M&E reports, presentations,
  
  
  
  and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide M&E training and support to program staff and partners in the Kimberley region.
• Ensure M&E activities align with organizational objectives and donor requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&E, program evaluation, or research, preferably in the development or non-profit sector .
• Strong understanding of M&E principles, frameworks, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Stata) and data visualization tools.
• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• Experience in designing and implementing data collection tools.
• Familiarity with the social and economic context of the Northern Cape is advantageous.
